Dear Leader,

CHURCH LEADERSHIP eXperience – 2013

We are exited to inform you, due to many requests from various leaders, that we as Every Nation Pretoria will be hosting again a Church Leadership eXperience from 15-17 August 2013 in Pretoria, Gauteng. This school has been an instrument that God has used over the past 3 years to inspire, inform and mobilise church leaders on how to build disciple-making churches.

Aim of the school:
Our aim for this school will be the same as all the other schools, we desire to inspire and inform with to goal to mobilise local churches to build disciple-making churches as God leads them. We have no desire to be prescriptive but rather see ourselves as servant to the body of Christ seeking to Honour Him in all we do. We hope that the past schools have been of great benefit to yourself and that the Kingdom of God is advancing as a
result.

Who should attend?:
This school wil best benefit those of you who are leading a church and or those who are part of the core
leadership team of a church who desire to become a disciple-making church.

Christo Walters, a well known missions mobilizer and church planter within the AFM and other denominations
attended the Leadership School that was held in June 2010 & 2011 and summarized his experience as such:

“The Leadership School made a huge impression upon me and inspired me to deep reflection. It was the most
strategic equipment week which I have experienced in my 34 years of fulltime ministry. A couple of things that
has greatly challenged me were:
1. The church is trying to reach the world without making disciples.
2. Only one road leads to world evangelism – disciple making.

This school will have a dual focus:

1. It will focus on Church Leadership. It will equip you to be a single minded leader leading with clarity and
conviction, establishing people in Biblical values and principles and not just program and models.
2. It will focus on Biblical Evangelization and Discipleship. It will prepare you for the true heart of Matt
28:19 – to reach the whole world by making disciples. A good understanding of discipleship will lead to
the planting of churches all over Southern Africa and the world, fulfilling the Mandate of Jesus.

I am more convinced now than ever before that this is God’s agenda and He is challenging and directing His
church to get back to His commission and to lay strong foundation. This is not only about a strategy but about
the heart and desire to see lost people come to Christ and be established in firm biblical foundations, seeking to
honour God in all we are.
